Minimum booking
A minimum booking value of RM150 applies for complimentary travel within our standard service areas. Parking and special-access charges are paid by the customer.
Payment
Bank transfer and DuitNow QR are preferred. Cash is accepted. No deposit is normally required and full payment is due after service.
On-site needs
Please provide water and electricity where required. A customer or authorised adult should remain on-site during the appointment.
